The balcony spans the area between the house and the Lakeland bedrock bank at the back of the house. 120 square feet or 11 square meters in size it makes a lovely 'sun trap'. With an outside light, table and chairs it's an ideal place to sit and relax with your meal, a drink, book or simply for a chat. From the balcony you walk through the French doors into your spacious and comfortable lounge.
