Beech Hill House opens it's doors as a self-catering apartment in March 2020.  It's currently a highly acclaimed bed and breakfast, which started nearly 12 years ago.

On the 12th March 2020 the whole of the first or top floor will be available as a dog friendly self-catering holiday apartment sleeping up to 5 people. Access is through your own enclosed garden to the balcony and private entrance which involves no stairs.  Parking available, village pub and community shop about 80 meters along the road and a filling station with a larger food shop a couple of a minutes drive away.

Our aim will, as it's alway been, to be of a high standard and to provide many extras that make it a 'home from home' experience for all our guests to enjoy.

Stuart and Jenny Stott welcome you to Beech Hill House.  A Lakeland Cottage thats as deep as its long.

Situated on the ground, or first floor as it's sometime known, is their home.  The whole of the top floor is a luxury self-catering apartment sleeping up to 5 with its own entrance. 

Access to the apartment is from the drive through the sloping garden to the balcony, which is built into the Lakeland bedrock bank behind the house.  From the balcony is the entrance to the apartment. 


Situated in the village of Witherslack in the South Lakes not far from Grange-over-Sands the house is in an unspoilt corner of the Lake District National Park in the English Lake District. 

Just an 8 minute drive from the M6 J36 and just off the A590 at Witherslack our self catering apartment is very easy to find.
